When you use the BusOwners by Xplor App, we may collect the following types of information:
We collect essential information, including the username (phone number provided by us) and OTP for login. Personal data cannot be created by the user. Subscription and payment data are also collected to maintain account access and app features.
Personal Information: This includes data such as your name, contact details, PAN number and other business information that identifies you personally. It is done with your consent while creating your account in person, and is not done via the app. The app only displays your details for your eyes only.
Business Information: Information about your bus operations, including fleet details, routes, schedules, and ticketing.
Auto Debit Setup: To maintain access, daily subscription fees are auto-debited using UPI ID or bank details provided by the Bus Owner. It is done at the time of setting up the app with the proper consent form accepted by the user. In case of a payment failure, a 5-day warning is given before restricting access. Payment Gateway and Auto Debit gateway used is managed by Easebuzz.
You must be a registered bus operator or owner to use the app.
The app is intended for fleet management, real-time bus tracking, and operational efficiency. You agree to use the app only for its intended purposes.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate any service with prior notice.
We may use the information we collect for the following purposes:
